Really good cleanliness is notable throughout the hotel.

I faced several frustrations . The WiFi was painfully slow. The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered, especially in a country where one could easily find a decent meal for far less. Lastly, I found it annoying that the dining area was overly efficient with cleanup, often taking my coffee cup before I could finish, which disrupted my morning routine.

Recommend because I thoroughly enjoyed it and did not want to leave. Everything was modern, amazing location close to many attractions in Katowice, the staff were excellent. The food was nice and the breakfast was tasty. I booked twin room with bathroom as well as a very comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was not far from all of the local spots, central railway station and a large shopping mall...

The bed was super comfy, and I loved the pillows. The location is spot-on, right near a shopping mall and a short walk to local eateries. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the staff was cute 🌟

The location is fantastic, right across from the train station and a mall filled with dining options. The room was impeccably clean and well-designed, contributing to a comfortable stay. The highlight was the in-house restaurant. The foie gras was really good. The sound insulation could be improved as some noise was noticeable despite the overall quiet atmosphere.

accommodating staff

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend stopover in Katowice with very nice value for money. The staff were very accommodating, even bringing a jug of milk from the restaurant so I could enjoy some tea in my room. Make sure to ask for extra coffee supplies upon check-in.

It was just a perfect match for a fleeting trip in Katowice with reasonable price. The staff were quick to refill my room's coffee supplies without me even asking. Don't miss trying the breakfast if you have time!

The location is excellent, only 3.5 km from the FairExpo Convention Center. The room was spacious and clean, contributing to a great atmosphere for work. Breakfast offered a amazing selection, and the overall value for money was commendable. I particularly appreciated how easy it was to access nearby amenities, including the shopping mall and local dining options.

Highly recommend this for couples!

The location is excellent for an event like a marathon, really makes it easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was out of this world! I mean, the variety was so good, I reminded me of a king! The room was also huge and super comfy, I couldn't ask for more.
